Pros
Great people to work with. Laid back work environment. Just do what you say you are going to do, when you said you would do it by, and you can enjoy a decent amount of flexibility.
Cons
There is a bit of the "good old boys" club going on. Company shares are only by invite. Can be a lot of politics to navigate at times.
