Pros

Seems great at first but just wait….

Cons

But what really goes down is they laid off most of the staff after we worked hard to set up the business. I was about to start school again and took a few days off to go camping and gave my hours away to coworkers who really needed them, and because of that, I returned to no job. Also while I was there, during construction, a construction crew member stole this girls iPod and Eric said he was going to search my car. I said go for it, it’s empty but I should have grabbed my stuff and walked away right then. They said what kind of people they are and I didn’t listen. I was also the only person of color. Don’t forget he left his wife high and dry as soon as she got sick.

Pros

Flexible schedule, amazing training, awesome co workers and manager

Cons

It’s hot outside at the outdoor locations, the training can take a while but it’s a hard skill to learn so worth it.

Pros

-You work with AMAZING co-workers, they are really good about hiring awesome people. -Your job is 95% running around playing with kids. -The initial training is great and you learn a lot about photography and posing the way Fotofly wants you to pose.

Cons

-You get burnt out easily. -No benefits. -You don't get paid near enough for what the job requires of you. -You are required to sign a very lengthy contract (time wise) in which if for whatever reason you are unable to work the 2 years it says you need to work to "pay off" the training they initially gave you, you're stuck having to pay the rest to them. -No clear leadership. -No consistency. -Over promises and under delivers. Promises are made to great employees and then are sold short because of inconsistencies. They say things to make employees stay there longer, and then never follow through.
