Home-based, very relaxed and flexible emploment situation. Some very cool coworkers, multi-national and multi-lingual company.

No career advancement, pay is low relative to job responsibilities and/or compared to average market managers jobs. Not being able to advance in a career and inside the company. Salary is not keeping up with cost of living. Unclear expectations. Loyalty from employees is not rewarded. The firm fills most senior management positions from outside, and it doesn't arm managers with the tools and support they need to strengthen their leadership and managerial skills.
