The students are motivated to learn, which makes the effort you put into your work worthwhile. The curriculum is well-developed and gives you a real framework for teaching. The pay and benefits are better than at most schools (health, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401k match). It's a good place to build foundational teaching experience if you can handle a rigorous environment.
