      - Some great people - Your ideas are heard, sadly not acted upon sometimes - Not expected to work overtime 99% of the time

      Cons

      - Security paranoia which results in you not being trusted and very slow workflows - Lack of product definition - A lot of frustration - Employees are undervalued, time saving tools are not approved. Hardware is mediocre and limited to Windows OS only.
