Whatever were there at the starting, all vanished in 6 months
Cons
Management overlooks Sexual harassment and favouritism even after evidence backed appeals. Appraisals are absolute absent. Bonus is based on in office attendance- which means you can’t take more than 20 holidays!! They essentially equate efficiency with attendance! They don’t even consider national holidays as exception!
