Beautiful property. The option to go to school on-campus / get a tuition discount if you switch to full-time. Discounted spa services / room reservations.
Cons
Clickish environment. Insincere / borderline petty dialogue in work environment. Broken promises. Disingenuous atmosphere. Poor pay. Having seniority and previous work experience/education, and your peers make more money than you. It’s all about who management likes. Lack of transparency. Gossip. Catty environment with frequent jabs. Disorganized management within the department I worked in and in the main hotel. Superficial environment - very looks-driven. Lack of consistent support - You will get thrown under the bus by management to save face when necessary. Note: (The CEO/GM talks down on people and is not approachable. She displays a leader who likes her staff to be intimidated by her).
