      No transparency... untrained employees...too much BS...make one mistake and one is done but make a million good things and no recognition or appreciation.

      Great company. Invest in your relationships there to succeed.

      “It’s Personal” is their credo. It’s meant to show how much they care about their service level. Takes on a different tone when you’re excluded.
