I would call it peoples company, with my 5 years experience I have grown in both aspects of life personal and professional. Reach from junior management to top management is easy and two way communication is key to the company success.

Yearly Increment to those who are performing employees should be done on time, as after an year long effort all employee expects salary hike and increment, here it gets too late.
