Office looks posh and dats it . That is the only thing that you might like about this company. Every one looks rich wearing suits every day. But they won't have money for cigarettes even coz they don't get salaries on time. Our salaries cycle is undefined.
Cons
The HR department doesn't function. The management is constantly in conflict with each other like a fish market. They usually offer you a crazy hike to get you into the company but later you don't get paid your full salary only half salary after requesting . In Fact you don't get paid on time ever. After I joined this company my CIBIL scores have gone for a complete toss. I couldn't even plan something as simple as a credit card payments coz I get my salary once in 2 months and even that is speculation.I came to a position dat I almost lost my car to emi default. My landlord is kicking me out coz I haven't been paying rent on time. This is the worst company ever. They make sure ur put is such a bad money crunch and some how withhold a month salary on there side to make sure you do everything they ask for. Work life balance is a 0 they make u work nonstop and expect you to work even from the hospital if ur sick. Taking your weekly off is a crime.You have to work 7 days a week dats what they expect all employees to do. Sales role that makes you run around the whole city to meet clients and agents and meet targets makes your daily expenses high to get the job done but you don't get paid SALARY REIMBURSEMENT NOR DO YOU GET ANY INCENTIVES. It's only all on paper. If you have a Suicide wish please join this company they will make sure you every aspect of your life does.
