Four Rivers is a family friendly company that values corporate culture and strives to make it a good place to work. There are many employees who have worked for the organization for a long time. They participate in the state retirement system. They put their employees and the clients first and have developed a unique approach to mental health treatment. Employees have access to a wide variety of training opportunities and are encouraged to foster and grow their careers.
Cons
Like most CMHC's pay is always an issue. FRBH is not able to always stay competitive in the market when it comes to wages, however, efforts have been made in the last several years to address this issue and become more competitive.
