Pros
It’s a really nice area and most of the guests are nice.
Cons
When there’s a new manager, they don’t really train them in front desk. So, you end up training your boss, at least at my location. They say they promote from within, but really don’t look that way. You will hit your ceiling really quick, not much room to grow.
