Cons
1) They will pay you peanuts and make you feel that they are doing you a favour for giving you even that.
2) It is a family-owned company and all 3 sons head 3 divisions, even though 2 of them have no clue of handling 2 of the core divisions. Both of them are arrogant and treat people with disrespect, so most people quit. They hire people fresh from college for little money and lot of promise for growth and then give you only work, work, work. If you remind them about your promise for money or growth then they tell you that your work is bad or treat you badly or replace you.
