Good Envirnment - Web Developer Fourtek IT Solutions Employee Review

I am currently working here so I can tell you honestly what it is like being a Fourtekian. These are some of the pros: 1) Flexible work hours and days( 5 days of working) 2) Cool and co-operative managers( not like the ones who pretend to know everything and act as if they are the ones ruling the entire country) 3) You can go out for refreshment anytime( during the total one hour break). I myself go out almost 100 times for Tea :P 4) Homely atmosphere( you won't feel bored at any point of time during the work hours) 5) Employee relationship- the employees here are very much supportive in terms of every help, in case you need one. You can freely speak to anyone and get a solution to your problems( but it would be better if you discuss your problem with your manager first :P). 6) Urge to learn- while working here, you'll get several opportunities to unleash your creativity and full potential. 7) On time salary arrival- I am pretty much satisfied regarding the salary structure and distribution. Salary comes in hand, just in time of your need. 8) Leave policy: even if you are a fresher and in the initial days of your working, the managers are so helpful that they help you with leaves in case you fall sick or when you are in real need of a leave due to some urgent work. All you need to do is simply let your manager know.

1. No Politics 2. Straight Work Deadlines and Your Project Mapping 3. Proper Facilitation for anything required related to work 4. On time Salary 5. Increments on time 6. People Respect time and meetings are short and precise (no story telling or jokes in meetings) 7. Proper Lunch timing 8. No extra work hour pressure 9. Technical workshops (can be given and taken as well By any employee) 10. No Rude Behaviour 11. Gives proper time to adjust in environment 12. Management listen to every thought of yours

1. Leave policy can be a bit better 2. Working hours can be a bit elastic i.e. if a person came before 10 at any time lets say if the person came at 8:50 then he or she should be able to leave before 6 as well, offcourse if the work is finished for the day
