Pros

The type of properties we attended reflected our high clientele estate agents and you get to experience some amazing properties and vendors. My team and colleagues, both in the field and in the office, were all amazing people - everyone was so friendly and approachable, including management and directors.

Cons

As much as I loved the creative side of the job, I found being an domestic energy assessor in today's housing market to be very taxing mentally. This is on top of some of the long drives we would do and sometimes working late in the busy summer period. This job is seasonal, so can fluctuate between busy and quiet throughout the year.

Pros

A great company to be part of with colleagues that encourage creativity and passion. Great connections and relationships made even while working remotely which is rare to find. Can be good opportunity for progression if you want it and full in-house training which gives young photographers a fantastic start to their photography career. Have the chance to work at some of the most beautiful properties.

Cons

The technical side of the job can be overbearing, particularly EPC's. Work/life balance can be tricky during peak season, although understand it is a seasonal job. Lots of driving, lack of breaks and long days can quickly take its toll.
