Pros
There were several team members who were genuinely kind, supportive, and pleasant to work with. I appreciated the individuals who created a positive day-to-day experience.
Cons
Unfortunately, the work environment was extremely cliquey. Management was a major weakness. There was little consistency, accountability, or support, and concerns raised by employees were frequently ignored or brushed aside. Favoritism was apparent, which made it difficult to feel valued or to grow professionally. Instead of fostering teamwork and trust, the culture on my team encouraged competition and talking behind colleagues’ backs. This made it a stressful and uncomfortable place to work, with morale suffering as a result. While the role itself had potential, the poor leadership and toxic culture overshadowed any positives.
