      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      Long hours. Little pay. Constantly being forced to sell services that are not needed. Must meet numbers or get reprimanded. Technicians are lazy. Managers are lazy. Employees do not care about anything. Cars constantly damaged. Managers lack respect. Owners don't care that employees are being overworked.

      Pros

      They have good products and a good reputation locally. The family that owns this group has very high integrity and ethical standards. They give generously to the community.

      Cons

      Commission structure can change without notice and significantly impact what you earn. The 'lowest pay' per car sold has not changed in over 10 years.
