      Initial salary package. UK network?

      Cons

      Purely about hitting figures and not concerned that they lie about their service. UK network?? Branches don't even have access to other databases. All set up so the Area Manager gets his bonus Employ Kids with no experience and expect them to be Estate Agents.

      Pros? I’m not sure that there are any sadly.

      Cons

      They get your pay wrong. Long working hours which are expected and beyond. If you don’t fit in then you won’t get a promotion. No support from above , when you ask for it you get made to feel like a problem. Racism and sexism in all offices which are made to feel completely normal.
