      Pros

      Benefits are good . Everything new in building. Some employees are nice and helpful. Pay is good start. They have good ideas but nothing set

      Cons

      Terrible training just new hires trying to figure out how to things to keep busy no work standing waiting to work . Long hours nothing to do . Supervisors not very pleasant. No direction.

      Pros

      You can learn a lot in program management They have 401k match 20 days PTO Profit share+Bonus ( one time a year) Performace review will be one time a year, normally the bonus is around 1.5-3 months paycheck. However, profit share does not have a specific range, it all base on which team you stay at. The higher level of PM will get more.

      Cons

      They do not offer stock option. If your yearly bonus exceed 100M TWD, they will pay out in 3 years. 1 year 60%, 2 and 3 years would pay out the other 40 %. Will need to work overtime a lot to work with Asia team. Domestic Biz travel will not get reimbursement.
