Pros
Remote work Competitive Salary Nice HR
Cons
Everything about flexible hours is a lie there. They’ll call you at 9:02 in the morning to see if you’re there. Principally the rude head of Growth. Acted rude since day 1 working in his department & imposed crazy micromanagement while doing your work. Also an important point : they use time doctor that takes screenshot from your personal computer while working. No computer is provided. As a developer, you’ll be asked to do data entry tasks like adding product descriptions & translations. This is not a tech company or a destination for ambitious developers that wants to build a career. No project management methodology is established. You’ll be asked to do random tasks at random times from non-tech people that knows nothing about tech, and be like “we had developers who did the same thing in 2 hours”. well, you’d better keep them. No tasks estimations - no tech roadmaps - no documentations - literally nothing. My personal experience was good while working at the development department. Good salary while doing stupid tasks honestly. Started working with CRO guys & it started falling down. Had to implement full figma designs in one day & do data entry while micromanaged by some people that knows nothing in tech. Manager asked that i need to be more productive, by setting some stupid rules like : you should be online from 9-6 - You have the right to one unexpected leave by month, which means he can call me whenever he wants & i 100% have to be on my desk at home sitting there … After one month we had a call, he said : you’re productivity was on top this month, you checked all the marks. But unfortunately we have to lay you off, immediately. These people are just crazy. 2 weeks after i got contacted by other developer who moved to CRO department & he was looking for a job cause he can’t continue working under that psychopath & his stupid team. Well, if you ever worked with this Foxelli group, and got asked to start working at CRO department, RUN.
