The worst employer ever

Pros

None that outweigh the damage this environment causes.

Cons

This was, without exaggeration, the worst company I have ever worked for. The culture is toxic from top to bottom. Managers are consistently rude, dismissive, and disrespectful, creating an environment of fear rather than support. Senior leadership, including the CEO and CCO, show zero interest in people, wellbeing, or basic human decency. Arrogance is rewarded, empathy is non-existent. HR is not there to protect employees in any meaningful way. People are fired suddenly, without explanation or warning, and there is no transparency or accountability. This creates constant stress, anxiety, and a sense that anyone could be next at any time. The day-to-day atmosphere is unbearable. Communication is aggressive, pressure is constant, and respect is completely lacking. Burnout is normalised and expected. Feedback only flows one way—downwards. This company has almost exclusively 1-star or 5-star reviews, with nothing in between. The contrast is so extreme that it is hard not to question the authenticity of the positive reviews. The 5-star feedback does not reflect the reality experienced by the majority of employees and feels disconnected from day-to-day life inside the business. RUN.

Every 5.0 review here is a lie!

Pros

Remote work. Nothing else comes to mind.

Cons

Everything else. Management is absolutely rude and condescending. You will get worked to the ground. Like, there's no such thing as work/life balance. Zero communication, with sudden and unrealistic changes in workloads and tasks. Managers dream up new rules everyday for their teams, and you're expected to keep up. You're expected to be at work for 24 hours. The company is managed by a high school clique of bad mannered, condescending, outrightly rude, and terrible people. Nobody cares about your opinions. You do as you're told. If it turns out well, your boss takes the credit. If it turns out badly, you're a moron. Every single promise in the interview process was a lie. This is the worst place on the planet anyone could work at. And they're very vengeful people. You upset management; you're screwed. Plus, they use hubstaff to keep track of everything you do on your computer: your personal computer!!! And nothing you say on slack is safe either. They routinely peek into your conversations with other co-workers. And they make you lie. You lie about everything. You lock customers into buying items that are probably not good for them. You lie about the quality of products. Most of the reviews are faked. You lie over and over and over again. They care about no one: not their staff, and not their customers. All they want is money. I've spoken to many present and former staff, and I dont know any single person who will give this company a 5 star review. They're up to their usual tricks of manipulating reviews. Please beware: every single 5.0 review here is a lie! And don't take a job here. Apply elsewhere and wait for an offer from a better company. This place is hell. Literally.

Pros

- Good utilization of project management software. - Solid compensation package for higher roles.

Cons

- Huge employee turnover. - Poor company culture and employee integration, especially during the trial period. People in the upper management were heard using racial slurs on several occasions. - You have to use your own tools, including your personal computer to work. - Unsustainable workloads, most people in the company work overtime. - Many products are very low quality, which the team is aware of, and straight up lie to their customers, manipulate their ads and fake positive reviews. - The company collaborates with young content creators, often without fair compensation. They get full rights to the videos and pictures, while the creators often only get the products in return. - They use Hubstaff to keep track of employees. The software takes screenshots of the employee's screen every few minutes. Even though it may be effective for some, it can also cause a lot of stress for others.
