      Good salary for fresh grad. Many things to learn. Great colleague.

      Poor management. No benefit. No guidance since full of fresh grad. Micro manage. Not suitable to stay more than 1 year. No proper goal. Favouritism exist. Different staff different rules.

      Micro management, poor management. Too many workload beyond your jobscope. No senior to guide. All freshies. No benefit.
