Cons
Those who merely want to punch a clock, lack vision, and/or take advantage of a spectacular family focused culture that isn't mired in reams of red tape or big company bureaucracy will not be a good fit. Many with those "qualities" have already fired themselves and as a result the company is better poised for explosive growth this year and for many more in the future. Those who feel entitled or believe they deserve a raise within 5 minutes of being employed should also know this company is not a fit for you.
