Pros

Fractal has a dynamic environment which keeps one energized to learn and deliver more. There are a whole bunch of intelligent people around whose experience and good work motivates others to do better. Fractal is now progressing rapidly towards doing newer and cooler analytics work. Getting more focus in the state-of-the-art techniques and technologies is definitely paving the way to a brighter future. We have some big names as our clients. Working with the experts from various industries and learning from them is one of the best experiences People's principles and the trust and responsibility we place in everyone is the best part of being at Fractal.

Cons

Fractal should invest more in hiring right. While there has been focus, sometimes the need to fill a position takes precedence over finding the right person. Specially when there is almost no process in place to re-evaluate fitment of anyone. There should also be more thought on career progression of people. It should be based on the fact that different people have different pace of development and different aspirations.

The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
