Pros

Great CEO who addresses the crowd every month in Town hall. Organisation provides food to its employees. Great work balance and life if you have anything in balance after working with the AH's around you.

Cons

People, all act like they are bollywood stars. You will never have mutual respect and support from people working at your same level. Manager will handover everything with the person at your same level and ask them to look after. You never know who is leading whom, Manager will have no idea of your background, would speak to you only to find the mistakes in you. Within a month he can find your performance level and start taking wierd decisions and that too on a profile you have never worked before. You will be pushed into it even though you say you havea zero experience. No proper intro to the team and you will never know who is your manager, until a AH approaches you saying I am the one who is going to eat rest of your brain. One who is planning to quit in a week will give you training in a subject you hav never see in your life time and he will also be half cooked in the subject. For any thing you may ask back, one mantra the manager know to say is I think you may have to depart Fractal. So please be aware what you choose. Working with AI company is good but not working with AH is safe.

The company is well regarded in the market with a strong foundation for continued growth

Cons

TMT suffers from ineffective leadership at the helm with little visible effort to grow capabilities or drive meaningful outcomes. Exec contribution to growth is largely absent, making the net impact negative. Cultural values are not consistently reflected in day to day execution. It has a pattern of positioning other teams negatively including Growth, Tech, AI, and PA rather than partnering, which creates real friction with them resulting in loss of opportunities. There is genuine talent within the team being held back by leadership that prioritizes internal politics over building real capability, resulting in shallow vertical capabilities. The gap between what the company expects and what leadership enables the team to deliver is significant and consistently unaddressed
