Pros
What few they had vanished when the company went full remote. There are a handful of kind employees working here, but most of the real talented people have moved on to organizations providing true growth that recognize their employees' efforts.
Cons
If you are considering applying to Fractl, I implore you to read on. As many of the reviews outline here, Fractl offers zero security. Just had a baby? You’re expendable. Just got married and are trying to start a new chapter in your life? You’re expendable. Single father with multiple children to care for? You’re expendable. This company is capsizing, and the administration definitely won’t throw you a life preserver; if anything, they’ll use you to keep their heads above water. They’ll assure you that you’re doing a good job; they’ll smile to your face; then they’ll stab you in the back. Given the Great Resignation occurring now, you would have to be desperate to settle for a gig at Fractl. If you do – it. will. not. last. I’ve never been part of an organization with as much turnover, be it due to mass layoffs when the partners fail to retain a client or to individuals leaving because of shabby treatment. That alone is a colossal red flag. And while you’re wasting your short time here, real opportunities with long-term potential will be passing you by. You owe it to yourself and to your family: Just keep looking. Do not settle for this company. You’ll thank me (and yourself) later.
