      Pros

      Regrettably, I can't think of any.

      Cons

      The product under development might have a niche market, but last I knew leadership was attempting to build the product out to a much grander scale that it seems any sensible company would invest in. Personally a major disadvantage for me was the 'bait and switch' of being hired to develop on one platform only to find little more to do than web page development. I also had first hand experience with the divergence of product vision between the CEO, CTO and PMO. Overall, I have low confidence in the future prospects of this organization.

      Pros

      Founders' "No Jerks (I had to paraphrase)" policy was truly evident. Great people to work with. Great product. Exciting place and exciting time to be doing the work.

      Cons

      Company was purchased before it went huge.

      Pros

      Good, hard working people committed to exceed. Surrounded by highly intelligent and experienced individuals willing to share the knowledge and willing to learn. Leaders ask no more commitment than they themselves are willing to give. Product path has solidified.

      Cons

      It is a start-up in every true sense. Budgets are watched closely and goals must be reached. Hours are often long, but life happens and the executives understand that. Still, it is a start-up. This is 2013, no more "10 years to profit" plans.
