Staff is definitely a very close knit group, like family. Pay can be great depending on your work ethic.

Long hours, schedules not posted until the day before the schedule begins, surprise band nights, no communication about events whatsoever, little communication about what's currently out of stock, expect you to know everything upon entering the door, act like you're dumb if you don't know something, no matter what you do you're always wrong in some way or another, if you decline to work a shift to cover for someone else they guilt you about it, will schedule a time to come in but do not schedule a time to leave because they leave that open to stay as late as they want you there, will often schedule you to close (usually ends between 2-3 am) and have you open the very next day at 9 am leaving you only 6-7 hours between shift to rest
