No ot for permenent staff, overloads

- Allows you the freedom to create and explore to do what is beneficial for the company - If you have brillant ideas to increase revenue for the company, sound it out and they will often allow you to test. - Perfect place for growth - Projects have direct real world impacts

- Not much cons. IT team on the 30~40s side but they have been there for AGES, which practically speaks for the company itself (therefore a pros-cons thing)
