      Pros

      Good people. Had a blast on the overnight shift with the crew.

      Cons

      I was fired for not being "available for hours". I am a veteran who is using my education benefits and started a course while working at FM. When I approached my Assistant manager about it, he asked if I could work an altered schedule. I agreed. I was fired one week later by another assistant manager for "availability issues".

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
