      The customers were the biggest reason I liked working at Fred Meyers and the relationships that I have made with other Cashiers.

      Cons

      They rule by intimidation and the possibility of being fired. This makes for a great deal of stress in the work place and a very unhealthy enviroment to work.

      If you have good relationship with your manager and you can trust them to have your back, it is an amazing place to work, and you will find success easy.

      Cons

      If you have lost the confidence of your manager, or have bad communication with your manager, it makes it very hard to be seen and be successful.
