Pros
My supervisor genuinely wanted to support her employees, the hours were reasonable, and the employee culture was generally positive. Pay was also fantastic, especially since this is a job that doesn't require a college degree.
Cons
Some customers were very entitled or were stressed and took that stress out on the technicians. The computer software seems to have been made in 2005 and has not been updated since then. The only career growth you can get is to become a Lead Technician.
