Pros
Less oversight for those that demonstrate aptitude and intelligence.
Cons
Priority is given to hiring employees with physical or cognitive impairments. Those who are more able are expected to regularly assist in addition to not falling behind on their own assigned tasks. Failure to do either is met with disciplinary action. Reports of sexual harassment are ignored. Equipment and structural repairs are consistently deferred, decreasing safety. Knowledge and experience of tasks is expected, but training is not provided. Cashiering manager openly abuses employees. Pay raises are fixed at $0.25/yr, unless the union store across state lines negotiates for higher and pressures this location to compensate.
