within our department everyone pulls together and does a great job! Someone always has your back with a difficult situation, patient or family
Cons
Management and executive staff are making huge (published) salaries. Then they nickel and dime the staff that take care of the patients. Many staff live paycheck to paycheck, yet if it's a slow day, they make you clock out. Not everyone can sustain their lifestyle if their income is not guaranteed.
