      I can't think of any, sorry.

      - company not paying government mandatories - criminal case actually - will hold salary of employee without due process - CEO uses profanities and derogatory words like st*p*d, b*llsh*t, etc in the office (even in group chats), loves embarrassing employees in group chats and in person - employees resign after days or weeks only, can't handle toxic culture - CEO and COO talks bad behind their managers - high attrition rate, HR is always hiring new managers - HR does not attend hearings hoping the complainant will get tired so complaints will be dropped - Salary always late and wrong computation

      There are no pros to this company as all benefits or "pros" are just ammunition for this company to be used against you. If I could rate a 0, I would.

      Cons

      1. Patience will be tested. 2 Integrity will be asked to be compromised. 3. System that is inconsistent at best and non-existing at worst (From the CEO to the lowest level) 4. Staff Engagement is pitiful (No employee engagements even year end events ironically) 5. Environment and Egos are extremely toxic and an unsafe space (From top to bottom) 6. Revolving Door of employees due to high turnover (est. 100%-200%+) Overall: I will never recommend someone to work here as going through the application, interview and then working here will be a huge time sinker and effort waster.
