Pros
Excellent team lead. Pays well. Work itself isn't terribly difficult. Most workers are remote.
Cons
Not really much opportunity for growth, did not learn much on the job. CEO considers everything high priority so there's no real priority structure on tasks other than whatever he wants done at that moment. Performance is judged based on # of jira tasks completed regardless of impact or difficulty.
