Pros

The first thing you want in a job is a job that pays your bills, and that's personal money management no matter what your salary is The second thing is a job You like and the third thing is a job he can do, and this company gives you all of that. Number one, it's never FOR THE MOST PART how much money you make. It's how much you SPEND and what you spend it on. And as far as liking, the job, who wouldn't like riding around in a late model, air-conditioned vehicle, seeing the town and helping people?and third, if you know how to drive, it's a job, you can do.. What else could you ask for?

Cons

No, cons, if you have the right attitude.. for a switch, ask what you can do for the company and not what the company can do for you. Because when you think of that after your parents in general, who really owes you a living? If you could get a job with a better conditions, and salary, wouldn't you have taken it?

Pros

Not one pro. Apply elsewhere. Your safety and bank account will benefit.

Cons

Everything from the lackluster management. The owners of the company who have not a clue on how to run a passenger transportation business. Especially in a safe manner. To the absolutely clueless human resources department who doesn't inform of important rules and regulations that could cost you your job until it almost does. Also, your safety and the safety of your passengers are at risk at all times as they only use actual mechanics when it's something they can't do themselves with there lead drivers (supervisors) or facility management. These tasks that they will do in house especially from YouTube videos are tire changes and some minor vehicle surface stuff. If a tires flat they are quicker to plug then replace them and they will run tires where the outer tread wall will be down to the steel belt and when you mention it to them they will basically give you the response of they know or the rest of the tire is okay. Which it's not as it's a safety issue that should be addressed immediately. Part of the problem is from what I was told is that everyone who's been promoted to higher position have all been drivers first. So in my opinion the majority of them are not qualified for the jobs in which there title says. This is including human resources just because your book smart and have a degree doesn't make you qualified. Let's not forget about wages that are lackluster for the job your doing and the daily risk of your safety and the passengers that your carrying. They don't care about you. There for the contract not the face of the company.
