      The team know where improvements need to be made and are on the journey to making them. They put their customers and team at the heart of everything they do. Change does not happen overnight but if you like a challenge and want to make a difference this is a good company to join.

      Cons

      I am really enjoying my time at Freebridge and working alongside people who really want to make a difference.

      Pros

      Great people who care about the job they do make this place. Loads of training opportunities and the chance to get involved with things that a totally outside your job role.

      Cons

      Some areas of weak management stick out like a sore thumb.

      Great place to work,Everyone is friendly and always there to help...they encourage good values. The perks are very good

      Cant say that there are any cons to be honest.I enjoy my job and the guys and gals i work with
