We are extremely proud of our workplace culture as reflected in our Great Place to Work certification, but understand like most things, there is always room for improvement. Your insights about meeting management, professional communication, and team dynamics are important to us. Saying that, we believe that a positive, supportive work environment is key to delivering exceptional results and product. We are proud of our Feather and Foam space in our head office where we conduct our townhalls, meetings and internal social events hosted by our Support Office Teams. This space does have an open bar with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks where every Thursday we encourage our departments to join for nibbles and an afternoon drink to connect with other areas of the business.
