Pros
I can't name even one.
Cons
They hired a bunch of entry level college students and then barely trained them. I was fired over E-MAIL for not meeting performance standards even though they never told me what I did wrong or communicated with me. It was like I was completely disposed of. The mental health clinicians are shockingly poor with managing people and communication for what they do. Horrible first impression of a job out of college, especially when they hired a bunch of people they KNEW had minimal experience, then weeded them out. Treating people like actual waste. Absolutely disgusting and atrocious. They also, naturally, had to slide in a remark about how my being fired was not related to the Covid-19 pandemic. (They trashed me in March 2020). Suckers just didn't want to pay severance. Very cute. Do better.
