Higher up management is clueless as to what it is the company actually does so they don’t work you too hard.
Cons
Racist. Not one other then white office personnel. You get employee stock 100% vested at 6 years so they make sure to fire you by year 5. You definitely cannot move up or expect decent cost of living raises
