      I have worked here for 7 years and love it. Great management, perks, staffing ratios. I have recommended this job to a few friends who have started and they love it as well. You just feel like you make a difference and that you matter, which can be very uncommon.

      Excellent staffing ratios in resident care areas. Flexible scheduling of either 12s or 8s. Staff can use the gym and pool in off hours. FREE Soda!

      Very organized, great staff to resident ratios, caring management, great support from day 1, building perks are phenomenal, favorite job so far.

      Cons

      Not many! Sometimes we are asked fill in for a shift, but not mandated.
