Pros
there are no pro pointers to mention except that it is a wfh opportunity
Cons
The culture is toxic, especially around work timings. They expect you to work late into the night to cover international markets, only to push you into pointless early-morning hour long meetings with no agenda. The co-founder joins every morning, lacking any real sales or business development knowledge, creating pressure without offering support or direction. There’s no structure or growth, just empty promises. ex bda's and fellow training batch have shared that they’ve been overworked for 8 months and everybody while joining is given the fake hopes of promotion where there is no growth opportunity. Leadership is blatantly biased, with the co-founder favoring female bda openly in meetings and the bda's also taking advantage of the attention. Reporting to HR is futile, as the head of HR is a relative of the founder, adding to the toxic, unprofessional environment.
