They have a great team of people. Everyone is young and motivated. You learn a lot. I no longer work with Freelance now that I'm back in school but I still have a relationship with the team members and I'm really glad I got the opportunity to work with them. I grew so much in my short time working at Freelance and I appreciate everyone that helped in my development. If you're looking to learn business and put yourself in a really good situation, you're looking at the right place to go to.

It's a lot of hard work. The program is pretty advanced. I don't personally see this as a con but I know a lot of people don't always appreciate hard work and typically want to do less and get more. That's not how it works here. The harder you work, the more rewarding it is.

- Pay is lower than minimum wage - You have to put a lot of miles on your car and spend most of the small profit you make on gas - Have to drive everywhere everyday - Not marketing like they said but sales - Interviewer was misleading and vague - Nobody likes the product - Very hard to break even after gas and lunch - Have to work monday - saturday - A lot of things this company does to its employees are against employment law - Nobody likes their job :(
