Pros
The senior partners are fully invested in every single employee’s growth. Personally and professionally, there’s just no better place for to grow in your career. I especially recommend Freeman Mathis & Gary to anyone fresh out of law school. It’s a great way to kickstart your law career!
Cons
It’s not a con, but you don’t get paid more than you’re worth. That means if you don’t have a lot (or any) experience, expect that to be reflected in your paycheck. At least until you prove yourself.
