Pros
Great benefits package that includes flexible work from home options, generous PTO, and good insurance. The people who work at the company truly make it a wonderful environment in which to work, I felt like I could be myself and thrive there. Decent opportunities for career development for those who are vocal about what they want.
Cons
The company is currently in the process of figuring out what it wants to be, a process that resulted in about 25% of the organization being laid off. The writing has been on the wall for a while, as the leadership team failed to hire the right people for key strategic sales roles until it was too late to course correct. Additionally, this marketing company has no marketing department, likely because members of the leadership team did not see the value of marketing the company as it's own brand and entity. There are also a number of unfocused projects (or at least there were at the time of my departure) that seem to be busy work that bleeds money, more than work to move the company forward in a singular direction.
