Pros
Lol. Dont they ALL give you food on saturday?
Cons
Being managed by salesmen, not managers.
If youre not in their frat, you wont make money.
Management intentionally(and blatantly, i have hundreds of pages of proof over 2 months) gives specific people continuous leads with no contact info, on vehicles we dont have, etc, and then try to act all HARD and get in your face when you arent making sales. I sold 9 in my first 8 days, and they tried to pay me training wage, which was far less. Suddenly, i became scapegoat for a bunch of dudes with no self esteem or control over their own lives and were too intimidated by someone using customer service to beat their archaic sales tactics. Working for children. When all was said and done, i worked there for over 2 months and made less than the advertised training salary, due to their extreme lack of maturity, professionalism, and INNOVATION. These 'managers' are VERBATIM the reason the industry is dying as fast as it is. Unbelievable.
