Pros

You get some experience. They pay for your license. You learn how to commit fraud. That's about it.

Cons

So much fraud within 2 months they fired 4 managers and 3 agents due to fraud. Upper management doesn't know what they're doing there's no support. They hire district managers with no insurance experience that don't know how insurance sales work they just demand sales and over look and promote fraud. HR is worthless you can complain to them about others all you want but nothing happens.
