Possible to feel the repetitiveness of the job after some months. Little flexibility in choosing the annual leave days, as they are is given during the closing dates of universities.

I worked for Fregolino for about a year and a half. Absolutely negative experience. The working environment is very toxic. The two supervisors are completely inadequate to fill the position. They have no capacity in manage a small group of people. They enjoy unjustified benefits. One of them has a bipolar character and alternates moments of euphoria with moments of absolute mental imbalance. Just because he got a phd he believes he is a god who went down to earth. He has no ability to interface with other employees loosing control very easily. The other supervisor is a person who is unable to express what he really thinks. Has a double face and is absolutely unable to manage a group. He panics at the first difficulty even being in charge of a group which hasn't any kind of kpi and working goal to score. The management is therefore made up of two people who are unable to interface with employees, indeed very often they are authors of bullying. In this company there is no neutral body capable of protecting employees. the general manager, in fact, comes once every four months and does not even know the names of his employees. He is totally disinterested in corporate dynamics. Company absolutely to be avoided as the two supervisors make the climate super toxic.
