Pros
I'm enjoying year 1 so far. The executive team are all very reasonable and accessible, focusing on long-term success and not just the next quarters earnings. Plenty of opportunities to make improvements to processes to help with growth and quality of life. Good work life balance; no one is expected to work long hours to meet unreasonable deadlines.
The office is in a great location in the loop, easily accessible from CTA and Metra.
Cons
Heavy emphasis on being in-office (which is fine), but the company is spread across multiple locations so you still are working "remotely" with many of your co-workers. Maybe going from four to three days in office would make that better.
